Mr. Banthun Junhasavasdikul received his LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University in 1967. He also attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received an LL.M. in 1973. He was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law by the Thai Bar Association in 1966. He has associated with the Thammarak Law Office for almost 30 years where he was its Managing Partner with a primary focus on civil and commercial litigation. He served as President of Chulalongkorn Law Alumni Association from 1995 to 1999.
Mr. Banthun Junhasavasdikul is responsible for the firm’s Litigation Group and also specializes in corporate, commercial, bankruptcy and business reorganization law, labor law, and criminal law.
